 Sierra Park Water Company has partnered with NextBillPay to extend an additional payment option for customers interested in using their debit, credit card, or e-check to pay their water bill. NextBillPay is a trusted third-party automated payment service that allows you to pay your bill online or over the phone.

  • Bill payments can be made at any time 24/7/365
  • You will need your account number from your printed billing statement to complete your water bill payment. You may request your account number by calling (209) 532-5171.
  • NextBillPay charges a small service fee for each transaction. Sierra Park Water does not keep any part of the service fee. NextBillPay is a separate entity providing a service for all our customers.

Creating an Online Registration

  1. Go to and click on the Sign Up Now!
  2. Enter your name EXACTLY as it appears on your utility billing statement.
  3. Enter your account number EXACTLY as it appears on your utility billing statement.
  4. Enter your current email address to use as your Username and account contact information.
  5. Enter the password that you want to use. Re-enter your password to confirm.
  6. Select the Create My Account button to save your changes and create your online consumer account. You will see a message confirming your registration was successful. A copy of that message will also be sent to the email address you recorded. Once you have completed this set-up, you will be able to make payments online.

You can also make phone payments by dialing (888)585-1687, 24/7. You may store your payment information securely through the automated phone payment system for quicker phone payments in the future.
